Ordering

I’ve just ordered an item of furniture. What happens next?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered If the item you have ordered is in stock then a member of the team will send on a further email or give you a call explaining the next steps.
If the item you have chosen is not in stock, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm the lead time.
We will then notify you once your item(s) has arrived to arrange delivery or collection.
Please ensure there will be a person aged 18 or over to accept delivery.
If we have attempted delivery and no one was available, any other attempt will be charged at our standard delivery rate.
We will deliver to your room of choice if there is adequate access and space.
We encourage you to measure your doorways and room to make sure your piece will fit.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Dedit Cards, MasterCard, Visa most other major credit/debit cards.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes you can contact us on enquiries@willandi.ie & request a call back to process the sale

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email
containing the details of your order.

Are there Terms & Conditions for my online order?

Yes. They are available to view at any time on the website and you will be asked to
confirm you have read them before placing an order. It is your responsibility to make
sure you have read and understood these conditions of sale before making your

Should I consider measurements before purchasing my furniture?

It is important to measure your space correctly. We recommend measuring your
entrance, route and space that it will occupy before ordering.

Where can I collect my online order?

Yes, we offer a free click & collect service by scheduled appointment contact us here.

Who will deliver my order?

As we are a small Irish family run business, we like to be clear and upfront about our
delivery fees.
So rather than hiding the cost in the price of our products, we instead choose to take
a more transparent approach by giving our customers the option for either free
collection from our warehouse or delivery direct to your home by a professional team
of local couriers with many years of experience in furniture transport at an extra cost
which is decided on your location.
